dex69 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status; see the Cashier section of your Account for current limits.
Most deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are credited to your Account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically process within 2 minutes. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to clear. dex69 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals may be requested once your Account has been fully verified (KYC completed). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. If you wish to withdraw to a different bank account or e-wallet, additional verification may be required.

If your Account balance includes bonus funds (promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive offers), you must complete the applicable wagering requirements before those funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
dex69 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. This means that if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in cumulative bets before requesting a withdrawal. Accounts suspected of using dex69 solely as a money transfer service (depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering) will be subject to investigation and potential closure.
dex69 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, if you receive a 100% deposit bonus of Rp 500,000 on a Rp 500,000 deposit (total Rp 1,000,000 in your Account), and the wagering requirement is 10x, you must place Rp 10,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Bonus funds and free bets typically expire after a set period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue). Once expired, any unused bonus funds and pending wagering progress are forfeited. Check the specific promotion terms for expiry details.
All bets placed on dex69 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming the bet. dex69 is not liable for errors made by the Member during bet placement.
Sports betting markets on dex69 cover football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, etc.), basketball, tennis, MotoGP, badminton, volleyball, E-sports, and other sporting events. Bet types include 1X2 (match result), Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), Correct Score, First Goalscorer, and accumulator/parlay bets (mix parlay).
If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Official results are determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, FIBA) and are final for settlement purposes.

If dex69 determines that odds were offered in error due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Similarly, if a result is settled incorrectly, dex69 will correct the settlement and adjust Member balances accordingly, even if the correction occurs days or weeks after the original settlement.
dex69 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Gambling by minors is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

dex69 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures, browser incompatibility, server downtime, or other technical issues beyond the Company's reasonable control. The Platform integrates games, sports data feeds, and payment services provided by third-party vendors. dex69 is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures originating from these third-party systems. Any disputes regarding third-party content (e.g., game fairness, sports results) should be directed to the relevant provider, though dex69 will assist in facilitating resolution where possible.
In no event shall dex69's total liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
dex69 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account immediately and without prior notice if:
Upon suspension, all pending bets will be settled according to the applicable rules, and any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be refunded to the Member after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities.
Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets must be settled, all bonuses must be forfeited, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and any attempt to create a new Account will be treated as a violation of the single account policy.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. dex69 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dex69 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and dex69, the Member must first contact customer support at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the Member may escalate the matter to the Platform's licensed regulatory authority for formal mediation. Any claim arising from these Terms or the use of dex69 services must be brought within six (6) months of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this limitation period will be barred.
dex69 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Members via email or on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last modified.
